    a silver sharpie actually looks really good on the helmet/hat of the bobbleheads given away at dodger stadium, i got steve garvey to sign one with a silver sharpie it shows up very bold and clear

    Silver Sharpies only looks good when first used right out of the pack. Reusing it over a period of time tends to dry it up, thus making the autograph come out dull or barely there. I've recently been using silver Sharpie paint pens though.
