From my experience:
Chipper Jones - won't sign your card, but sends an authentic 4x6 photo.
Garret Anderson - one of the best
Jeff Francis - the best on the Rox
Andruw Jones - don't count on it, but there are successes every year from him.
Mike Sweeny - very good
Mark Buerhle - very good
Tim Lincecum - seems to be sending out signed photos instead of signing cards right now.
Matt Cain - yes, occasionally
Grady Sizemore - sometimes. Can be good in the offseason
Cliff Lee - yes
Brad Ausmus - yes
Ben Zobrist - yes

I've seen several posts of these cards coming back from him, but no one ever posts a scan. I'd love to know if these are authentic or not. Any chance you can scan it?

Those are a few Phillies players that I have had success from Spring Training. I havent sent to Eric Bruntlett yet, but may do so care of the team.
I am kinda unsure of sending to the Phils right now. First, they just won the WS so Im sure they are getting hit with lots more requests. Then, Harry Kalas dies so Im sure that puts more mail in their boxes. It just may be a bad time to send to my favorite team. May start working on Eagles and hold off on Phils till later on this year.
Good luck with you mailers. It never hurts to send a letter, you may just be lucky enough to get one back from a great player.
