    You could round off some of the edges of the cut of him, but other than that it looks good.

    i would erase the big arm and add his name in the bottom right hand corner
    and erase the logo where it meets the little arm (putting his arm in front of the logo anad not behind it)
    then it would look sweeeet

    Feather like he said, and I think theres too much going on on the right side. I'd either take the pic of him in the blue jersey out, or make the opacity of the logo a full 100%.
