My reply from the President of Donruss must see
Opened a box of Studio, Got a Jeter gu/bat/jsy numbered to 25,
Card was big time damaged, damage that happen's before the card even get's in a pack. This year I must have sent 20 cards back to Donruss, not to mention the common's and low end inserts I throw in the trash. This card set me off.
Sent him a letter with a damaged card that said,
I've had it with your product, I've sent back 20 cards this year alone. Look at this card, it was damaged before it went in a pack. Do you people know what inspection is? It's good to hire the blind, but they shouldn't be used for QC. That the card, throw it in the trash, it's garbage. Don't bother sending another, I can't stand to wait 3 to 5 months for another replacement card from you people. Why does Topps take 10 day's and you take forever?"

"I was born and raised in old saybrook ct. looks like everyone from the connecticut shoreline is a DICK! "

View my store BetaThat sucks man. You would think they would take extra care with limited edition cards, especially a 1/25. I like his way of dealing with angry customers, though. It must work wonders for business.

There's a letter or two being sent out to Donruss from a few of the other site's I belong to, looks like a lot of guy's took it more personal then I did - lol -

I find it tough to believe that a company president would fire off an email like this. If he really did write this email, then he offended not only you but the entire state of Connecticut! I wonder what new SCF member Dperez_donruss has to say about this.Originally posted by bosox48
