2009-2010 SCF Hockey Super Collector Contest

This upcoming hockey season, the hockey team will be running the Hockey Super Collector Contest! The objective of the game is to obtain the best collection of the player (rookie) of your choice, between the first 09 hockey product and the end of the NHL season. New entries will be closed on December 31st, 2009. (but members already in the contest can still add cards until the end of the season.) You have up until December 31st to decide on which player you will be collecting. You can change your player up until that deadline.

Requirements to Enter:

You must be in good standing to be eligible to win the contest (If you receive a negative feedback during the contest you will be disqualified.)

1. Each member can pick one rookie player (from 2009-10) to super collect for the season. The same player can be picked by multiple members. Post the player you plan on collecting in this thread.

2. All cards must be acquired on Sports Card Forum, or eBay.

2A. If/when you buy a card on eBay, you must have your ebay ID in your SCF profile. You must also post the link to the ebay auction in this thread to get credit for the card.

2B. When you make a trade on SCF for a card of your player you MUST post the link to the trade in this thread.

2C. If you pull a card from a box/pack you must take a picture with the card and you and the card next to a newspaper with date (or other media source with a date) to prove you have the card in hand. Videos will also be accepted.

3. You can obtain more than one copy of each card IF the card is serial numbered, or is some sort of variation (different ink or jersey color etc.)

4. At the end of the NHL season, the SCF hockey staff will vote on the winner. (if there is a tie will will ask another SCF staff with a knowledge of hockey to break the tie) Here is what we will base our votes on:
- Number of cards in the collection
- Quality of cards in the collection
- Value of cards in collection
- Player selection

The Contest winner will receive a lot valued at $40, 1000 cc and a rookie super collector badge for under your username!!! If anyone has a question feel free to PM me.
