is this a monthly fee or yearly fee? Also is Green Hornet Still filming? and how do you write to one of these actors via the address is it like c/o The Green Hornet, or c/o Original Film or nothing just the actors name?

that is for a year, and the issues come every week (with the exception of a few holiday weeks)
There is no end date for Green Hornet and it started late august, so more than likely, it is still filming. And to write to the people, how I do it is
FILM NAME
PRODUCTION NAME
ATTN: CELEBRITY NAME
STREET ADDIE
CITY, ST ZIP
