    Just caught this one. I hate that I didn't catch it before it sold on eBay, as I wouldn't have put a bid in on it and would of thrown up a red flag. Luckily I didn't win, but I hate that someone got taken.

    Wouldn't it make sense for us to team up and one of us win this auction and don't pay then call ebay and show them the proof it's fake? He gets taken off ebay, no one loses 100$US+

    Even better to bid the card up to a crazy amount then everyone retract their bid and state "fake patch" in the reason given section with a link to the real one. It would ruin his auctions and who can he complain to?

    How do we know he faked it? Could be someone already taken by it .... who knows he could be down the list of many people who have been taken by this fake patch

    No problem, when he gets investigated, he can tell eBay/authorities where he got the card from. If its not him, then they will move on and he can hopefully be a little more enlightened as a result.

    If it is him, I hope he gets charged with fraud.
