    He's an idiot. Someone is going to buy that card, pay the $550 shipping and either 1. file a claim with Paypal for excessive shipping or 2. Put it on a CC and dispute the charge that way. The easiest way to sell this thing is to put a high Buy It Now w/ Best offer and then email the people who make suitable offers to discuss a price offline. I do agree that FEEBAY is out of control.
