I believe topics like this belong in the trade subforum.
Anyway, there are loads of Kell signed balls around. Scout some forums and you'll probably find one. If your looking for something authenticated by a third party like PSA/DNA then I suggest:
1) Mill Creek Sports. $49 plus S&H
Seem to be on the up and up from all the things I've seen. They are an ebay top seller if that means anything to you. I bought a Frank Robinson "586 HRS" ball from them for $69 and it is PSA/DNA and MLB authenticated. It's a beautiful ball and why I just purchased a Tony Gwynn ROMLB and a Tom Seaver "HOF 92" ROMLB from them yesterday. $49 is coincidentally what I paid for each of the Gwynn and Seaver balls.

2) Bob Feller Museum. $70 plus S&H
There's this first ballot HOF pitcher named Bob Feller and he has a museum with a variety of things for sale. They currently have a holiday sale 19% off everything and they have just about everything. I have bought a Jim Palmer "HOF 90" ROMLB and a Brooks Robinson "16x Gold Glove" Rawlings Official Gold Glove baseball from them. Some regular prices are much better than others. They also have a variety of bats and pics. $70 is kind of high for a Kell ball even though it comes out to about $57 after the holiday sale. Have free shipping over $100 currently.

3) Ebay. Varies
It's ebay so prices are probably going to end up better but like everything on ebay it depends on what you want and what kind of COA you're looking for.

If your looking strictly for Kell those are some options. I would suggest though if you are strictly looking for a new HOF ball to check out the Feller museum. The $53 I spent for the Brooks Robinson GG ball delivered might be the best deal I have got out of the 29 soon to be 31 HOF balls I have. They have some great stuff if you sift through it.Last edited by Sawks14; 12-08-2009 at 09:11 PM.

The Philadelphia Athletics Historical Society, which is a great organization has signed photos of Kell with HOF 83 for an excellent price. The funds go to support their museum which is a nice little haven of Philadelphia baseball history located in the suburbs of Philly.
Kell Photos $15
