I have this Upper Deck Playmakers Limited 24K Gold Edition
card of Andre Miller. The sleeve has a tamper proof seal
and there is a certificate of authenticity on the back,
stating that the die will be destroyed post-production.
There is no date/year on the back of the card and the
narrative states that these are produced after market
and this project is not associated with any sports card

I'm interested to know more about this card. Any help on year
of production, market interest for them, has Upper Deck
ever done this with other sets, etc.

Thanks in advance for any input you can provide.

Hate to say it but that card is not worth much, if anything. Like it says on the back, its an aftermarket card which means someone took a die or stamp and put the foil stamping on the front. UD didn't release cards with a gold 1/1 sticker slapped on a toploader. You can see that the foil stamping covers the first part of his name, so they didn't even do a good job of stamping that card.

Most aftermarket cards don't even sell on ebay since people like their cards unaltered. Usually its sold by someone looking to make a quick buck. Hopefully you didn't pay too much for that thing.
