okay :P

imo he's gonna be a bust (if you dont consider him one already).. he just reeks of "Keith Van Horn" to me :]

but the bowman chrome gold was going for about that a few weeks ago, and sounds like you got a decent deal on the topps chrome relative to that

I would get them graded immediately then sell them off bcuz I agree... he IS the next Van Horn

He actually plays much more like Rex Chapman than Van Horn. The Bird and Van Horn comparisons are just convenient because they are easy, but I've been watching him all season and it's like watching a four-inch-taller version of Rex.

even a Rex comparison is generous according to the stats :/

Chapman
YEAR TEAM G MPG FG% 3P% FT% RPG APG SPG PPG
88-89 CHA 75 29.6 .414 .314 .795 2.5 2.3 .93 16.9

Morrison
YEAR TEAM G MPG FG% 3P% FT% RPG APG SPG PPG
06-07 CHA 64 31.4 .382 .336 .710 3.1 2.1 .40 12.9

Van Horn
YEAR TEAM G MPG FG% 3P% FT% RPG APG SPG PPG
97-98 NJN 62 37.5 .426 .308 .846 6.6 1.7 1.0 19.7

Oh well. Adam and I are both type 1 diabetics, so I will have all his cards once they fall down to miniscule value while all the other collectors abandon him :-)

B Roy will be the big one from this year's class...while Morrison's stuff is still worth more than his, trade for him and change.

This draft will be like 00-01...or 01-02...virtual wastelands in terms of hobby value

But hey, great pickups for the price on the Morrisons

dont compare anything to 0001 that was horrible the best pick was a 2nd rounder who wasnt a superstar or anything and a bunch of role players and jobless losers.

Hmm 2001, let me see Arenas, Pau, J-Rich, Joe Johnson, Richard Jefferson, Tony Parker. I'm sure there were others too, those are just what i can remember off hand.....Role players??? Jobless losers???

That was 01-02, not 00-01; MDIZZ was referring to 00-01.

I think the 01-02 draft is underrated. The 00-01 draft was plain bad; no one disagrees with that

poor people, dont you realize the "GREAT" desmond mason came from that draft lol

nice pick ups on the morrisons, i agree though drop them now and if you like the cards pick them up again later on when his prices are cheaper.
