CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Bobcats (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/clubhouse?team=cha) scoring leader Gerald Wallace (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?statsId=3533) was taken off the floor on a stretcher during Friday night's loss to Sacramento (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/clubhouse?team=sac) after being knocked unconscious by an inadvertent elbow.

Sustaining his fourth concussion in four years with Charlotte, Wallace was taken to a hospital. A team official said Wallace was suffering some amnesia, but tests showed no fractures and no internal bleeding.

It didn't seem so bad and then I saw him going out on a stretcher and didn't understand why. Now it makes sense.

Wallace keeps suffering concussions. Is his style of play MORE dangerous than others? I guess they nickname him Crash for a reason.. =\
