I have a LeBron James autograph on a high school program...I'm not selling it but I was wondering how much you think that It'd be worth.

sell it on ebay --- then cancel the auction just before it ends. this should give you good idea of the cost people are willing to pay

I'd say anywhere from $80+. I just have trouble seeing his non-certified autographs selling for as much as the certified autos...but you never know.

Yeah I didn't know if people would still be willing to pay $100+ for a non-certified auto. I have three Lebron autos...two on a high school program and one on the issue of Sports Illustrated where he's on the cover...I got them all after one of his games because we stayed about 50 min after the game ended waiting for him and he signed three things for us..It was pretty cool

Well if you have that many of his autographs I'd sell at least one of them. Then if he bombs then at least you made some money.

My pops went to the Tri-State card show in Cleveland this weekend and he said that people were selling the LeBron Beckett's signed by LeBron for $50... that should be a good estimate.

If I were you, I'd sell that card before the other Lebron's (finest, inspirations) come out, because I bet that the card will depreciate quickly. You could still get a few quick bucks for it now.

ya i would sell 1 maybe 2 of them now before the finest and inspirations come out because once the real lebron cads are out your autos will drop dramaticly

Agreed!

Even if you like it, you can sell it now and probably buy it cheaper later once the market becomes more saturated.

Welcome to the forum reezy! :D

Sell it...I mean you can buy all three back with the profits from selling one now.

Ahhh, remember the good ol' days when getting an auto in person was so you'd have something to remember the meeting by? Now all anyone wants to do is get their piece of the action by selling on Ebay.

And then people will call him a (bleep) the next time he walks by someone without signing.

Money,Money Money, Thats what I hate about htis Hobby!

Why dont you just be happy you have it?

The problem with Lebron's stuff is that people are expecting him to do the unthinkable right from the start, so the highest value he'll probably get for stuff like the auto'd program you have is not going to get any higher. I'd say sell now because if he does perform to everyones expectations, then his stuff will be the same valued as it is now, and if he does bad his cards and stuff will sell like moldy cheese.

I'm not selling it and I probably never will... I was jw an estiment on how much people are paying for something like that so that I know how special it is or how valuable.

Since you have three of them I would at least sell one and make some money off of it. Don't know how much people will pay for an uncertified auto but it seems like everyone is crazy about Lebron so now would be the time to sell if you are ever going to.

great advice

it's NEVER a good idea to hog all the cards.... for every Michael Jordan RC, you have Shawn Kemp, Glenn Robinson, Penny Hardaway, Tim Hardaway RCs

Cash is King

$100 worth in 1990 is $100 worth today (not accounting for inflation).

But $100 Griffey Jr. UD RC that you bought in 1990 isn't worth even $70 today

you can buy that RC for $50 or less on Ebay
