I sent a 1996 Collector's Choice Upper Deck Card, handwritten letter, and SASE. I received the 1996 Card signed! On the card, he wrote: "To Jeff God Bless!!" then autographed it and wrote "Colts Ring of Honor 1998" and "#80" Only 8 days! This is my second success from him! Thank you so much, Mr. Brooks!
