  1. 12th AND 13th successes!

    Today, I got 2 successes in the mail. I got Jim Otto and Leroy Kelly. Jim Otto put a “00” inscription, and Leroy Kelly put a “HOF 1994” inscription. Jim Otto was the surprise one though, because I didn’t expect “00” Estates Drive to be a real address. But hey, I guess it is a real address!! I’m also very glad that Leroy Kelly sent back, because he’s the 3rd player I’ve sent a vintage card to. It’s cool how he put the full 1994 instead of just putting ‘94.
  2. 10th AND 11th success!!

    I got 2 successes in the mail today. The first one was Roger Staubach. Not only did he sign the card I sent him, but he personalized it too!! I had a feeling he would sign it, because the first sentence of the letter I wrote to him was thanking him for his service in Vietnam. The other success I got was Boyd Dowler. I asked him 2 questions in the letter and he answered both of them!! The questions were;
    1. What was it like to play under Vince Lombardi?
    2. Do you think ...
  3. My 9th success!!

    Today I received a second letter back from Lenny Moore. I sent him a index card and asked him a few questions about his career like “What was it like to play football with Johnny Unitas?” Or “What was it like being inducted into the Hall of Fame?”. I completely forgot I sent him a second letter, so it was a surprise when I checked my mailbox. He didn’t answer the questions but he sent me back a second card that he signed! What a nice surprise!
  4. My 8th TTM Success

    I got my 8th success today with Jim Zorn!! Very quick return seeing how I live 1,993mi from the address I sent it to. Excactly 2 weeks!! It’s too bad the top loader messed up the autograph a little bit, but I can’t control what happens to it. I also got a note back from Willie Davis saying that he isn’t signing at this time. Oh well. :/
  5. My personal hockey trading card collection improvements, July 2018

    Uggghhh, it seems that I've been away for some time and I would say that it's been for too long since the last time I've logged into SCF.
    But I haven't been away from hockey card trading I just redirected myself from North America to Russia and it's been really busy months.

    In these past few months I have optimized my personal hockey trading card collection for a few times and I have removed more cards than I have acquired some new ones. For the start I'll tell you what's new ...
