I got the BAP Player's Club for a good price (under $10 shipped); the Sunkist auto is the first one I've seen, and still the only once I've seen to date, I had to have it!; TTM auto, Jean Beliveau, very happy about that one!; Scripted Swatches, very happy that it was two colours; Signature patches, I've seen some nicer ones out there, but I'm happy that it's not dominately white!; and finally, Honorable Numbers... I just love the card... the second patch is great!!

On an unrelated note, I went to a show last night, and it was the best show I've ever been to! The venue was great for this type of music (mostly acoustic) and it's a small and intimate type of venue. I had the very last row on the floor (seats), but I still had a great view!! The performer was City and Colour; Dallas Green is absolutely amazing, beautiful voice and all. I took a few videos, so if you wondering what they sound like, here you go!

Well now I am 0-for-3 with my project... got back a Dany Heatley autographed postcard, but unsigned cards. :( All the cards I made are out, so I hope to get some signed soon. I'm thinking maybe it's the end of the season so they don't bother - so I might try again at the beginning of the next season. I don't want to have made those cards for no reason, printing them and taking the time to make them...

Another small project I started is dedicated to Canadian MLB players... my Gagner collection has started to slow down.... I've decided to get at least 1 auto of current Canadian MLB players... lucky for me, the list isn't too long :sign0020: I've got a real nice one coming in soon...

A few days ago, I opened a box of 08/09 UD SP Authentic Hockey and 08/09 In the Game Between the Pipes. I was really pleased with the breaks...

And last but not least... I bought a card on eBay for a STEAL! It is 2008/09 SPx Winning Combos Sam Gagner/Nicklas Backstrom dual jersey and auto /25... it books for $100... and I got it for about $20!!

I checked the NHL Scoresheet and it was 4-1 with about half a period left in the game... I was like, ahh I'll just skip this one, it's almost over.

I just checked NHL.com again, and saw 8-1 final :confused0068: . Checked the scoresheet, hoping that Gagner has some points/goals... and :confused0068:his first NHL hat trick!! I can't believe I missed the game... but congrats Sam! He had 3 goals and 1 assist... very nice for him, especially with how his season has been going.
