Well, Canada's heart and determination has won out again for their fifth straight World Junior victory!!!!!

They turned it up a notch starting with the games against the US, after being down 3 - 0 they roared back to win 7 - 4 :humble:

Then in the semis versus Russia they played a not so great game and a little luck scored to tie the game at 5 with 5.4 seconds left, then went on to beat Russia 2 - 0 in the shootout.....

Then just moments the boys played their hearts out and dominated the Swedes winning 5 -1 capturing their 5th straight gold medal :love0030:

Now they strive for six in a row in 2010 from Saskatoon and Regina!! We are fully behind you boys go get them :cheer2:

Well I have decided that for my first blog on SCF I will tell the user community about myself, as boring as it may be

My name is Jason Radmann and I am 38 years old..... I spend my time between my home town of Beaverton, ON (about 1 hour north of Toronto) and Oshawa, ON (about 1 hour east of Toronto).....

I have been collecting hockey cards for about 30 years now and up until 2 years ago I was collecting anything hockey..... I then decided that the hobby was getting way too expensive to collect everything and decided to narrow down my collecting to the BEST WORST TEAM in the NHL the Toronto Maple Leafs..... Yes I am a diehard fan and I bleed blue..... I am most satisfied when the Blue and White beat the their hated rivals the Ottawa Senators and the Montreal Canadiens.....

My collection currently sits at close to 100,000 cards but I am hoping to cut that down by 80% or more..... I will tell you more about my Leafs amd other tidbits in future Blogs but in the mean time if you are looking for those White Whales or just want to make a trade drop me a PM..... Happy Trading everyone :humble:
