Since last week I received the following players: Brandon Cumpton, Jin-De Jhang, Matt Curry, Jason Townsend, and Richie Hebner. I had one come back unsigned an that was Clint Hurdle but he did send a post card saying to donate money to get an auto. I think I will be doing that for sure. Also not a TTM auto but I did get do get Josh Harrison and Neil Walker in person signing.

God of I just love the Pirates and getting autos of the former and current players!

Well ill that's all I have for you all now. I think I need to find some old Pirates cards so I can send them out. Anyways if any of you that might read this know of any Buccos that are a sure thing message me.

Well the past few weeks I have had good success with TTM. I received cards back from Josh Harrison (2), Jim Leyland (1 of 4), Brock Holt (2), Sidney Crosby, and Jim Duffalo (1). I think that's is it.............don't have my list in front of me.

The Jim Duffalo was a great one for me personally, He played back in the 60's and he is from the town I was born in. I normally collect Pittsburgh Pirates players and local Western PA. players. I found his 1965 Topps card at a run down card shop near my home and saw that he was from DuBois PA so I had to get it. I decided to send out my one and only card of this player with the hopes I would get it back. And thankfully Mr. Duffalo signed it and sent it back.

The Jim Leyland was a great addition to my collection. He was my favorite manager as a child and still is my favorite. I was ok with getting one card out of four back. I am just happy I got one maybe I was being greedy asking for 4.

As far as the Harrison and Holt cards......they mean alot to me to because I saw both players play in the minors and they are great guys. Sidney Crosby sent me a 5 x 7 card with his auto on it with a letter stating thanks for the letter. I had someone look at it and they say its real so who knows.

Its been a slow go but at this point I believe I received Blass, Grilli, Fouts, Law, Holt, Crosby, Leyland, Duffalo, Harrison, and Van Pelt.

Well I haven't received any cards back since before Thanksgiving, but I still have hopes of getting something back. On Monday, I sent out cards to 5 different players.........Austin Meadows, Josh Harrison, Mark Melancon, Jason Grilli, and Andy Van Slyke. I sent them to the spring training addresses I found with fingers crossed I will get them back. Grilli, I had success already with last year. I have been wanting to send one out before to my childhood hero Andy Van Slyke so I gave it a shot. I really hope I get something back from him.

I think next on my list will be some more Pirates players..........I would love to get Jim Leyland, Bill Virdon, Dick Grout, and Manny Sanguillen. But out of those players I only have Leyland cards. I really wish that I wasn't strapped for cash because I would love to obtain a few of the cards of guys listed above. I guess current players I have my sites set on are Reese McGuire, Matt Adams, Jameson Taillon, and maybe a few other minor league players for the Pirates.

Anymore I am looking to get former or current Pirates players autos............................so here's to hoping 2014 brings me great success!

I see some of the guys that I sent to have great success and fast but yet I don't get them back. I know you have to just sit back and wait.....but I worry. I just wonder if the letter of request that I send isn't what I should send. I also find it hard to find someone that is willing to help as well.

Well I guess I will just continue doing what I am doing hoping that it works...lol
