Evolution of a new collector's collection.

I am creating this blog as a means to describe how I came into the hobby, what I first started collecting, and how my collection is evolving. The reason for this blog is to give any new collectors some insight into how a collection can evolve, and to hopefully establish a dialogue with other collectors to hear how they started collecting and how their collections have evolved over time (or not!).
