Yes, I totally took advantage of the alphabetical organizer, I wouldn't have done it other wise. On this first day of the new year, I'm already seeing unwanted changes. It looks like we now have to log into COMC.com to see BV's? and did Photobucket automatically force me to adhere to their new style format? Grrrr!!!!

May have to check it out and see if it is on the new bucket. Still trying to update everything.

Actually, there is a way to organize it all by title name in the "organize" feature, at least in the old photobucket...

I have a love/hate relationship with Photobucket. While I love being able to see card scans for free, my already slow comp runs even slower when I have to zoom in on a single pic to see the players name. As long as I'm able to stay on the albums first level then all is well in the world, lol. My "old school" bucket - http://s1127.photobucket.com/albums/...The_Franchise/

The Franchise: Titles on photos? Who needs that? LOL! I have been working on updating my bucket and will work on the titles later. Just want to get the cards scanned in and then go from there.

The real issue is the NEW photobucket layout. I hate it. A lot. HATE.

People click on the link to your main album, and they don't know that you have to click on the tab on the left side of the page to view its table of contents... really frustrating. I have had numerous people PM me back saying, "Hey. I went to your bucket and you don't have anything uploaded!"

    Arg...

It still had to be said Stewman. You've posted what I've been grumbling to myself for months. Now.....if I we can only train you and others to title your uploads, haha.

Really? Wow, didn't know that. That seems to have changed since I was a new member.

I know new members need to make a certain number of posts to be able to view signatures. Until they reach that number, all they see are the posts.

i agree i am not in it for the money. I mainly just like breaking the packs it makes me feel 10 years old again. i trade most of what i get away to people who want and or need it but even tests hard because i do all low end stuff like score and tops low end 2 bucks a pack stuff most people don't want this stuff for some reason. but i enjoy it and am trying to pass it onto my kids

You are SOOOOOO right. My son likes to look at the BV, but I keep telling him, it is only worth what someone will pay. Back when I was a kid, you only had a few local card stores, now with on-line businesses everywhere (including my own website lol) you can get a better reality check of what something is actually worth! Something is only worth, what you are willing to pay for it for YOUR collection!

I don't like paying $100 + for some card. (Not that I won't, I just don't like it!) Especially when I can get hundreds of Cowboy cards I don't have for dirt cheap or even better in trade for Seahawks, Browns, the hated Giants, Redskins and Eagles! But I don't collect, or even sell/trade for the money. I sell to get money to spend it on cards. :) Since I am only collecting Dallas Cowboys and specific players now instead of sets like in the past (70's, 80's and early 90's). I like collecting better now in some ways, one being that it has become more personal and like you point out, some of my best cards are not the most expensive, but the ones that are cool to me.
