After 18 INCREDIBLE seasons in the NFL, Peyton Manning has finally decided that he will retire.

Manning will hang up his number 18 with pride, knowing that he has led two great teams to Super Bowl victories over the course of his career.

During the 2015-2016 season, he broke many NFL records, including most career passing yards (71,940), most career passing touchdowns (539), most career wins (200), and many more.

He is also the oldest quarterback in NFL history to win a Super Bowl, an honor that had previously been bestowed upon John Elway, Manning's predecessor.

To say that I am sad to see Manning leave would be an understatement.

However, this legend went out in the best way possible. He rode off into the sunset proudly hoisting a Lombardi.

I am a HUGE fan of the Denver Broncos, and I will be forever grateful for the significant impact Manning had on the Broncos organization in the three short seasons that he suited up for Denver.

Two Super Bowl appearances in four seasons! In his final game, he even led Denver to their first Super Bowl victory since 1998!

I am very glad to see Manning end his legendary career on a legendary note: a Super Bowl 50 victory.

Thank you, Peyton. I have no doubt in my mind that you will take your place among the greats in the NFL Hall of Fame in the near future. You belong in the halls of this legendary building in Canton, Ohio.
