I was an 0651 (Small computer systems) i was stationed with 8th Comm Bn in camp lejeune if anyone was wondering!!
O man i went to lejeune for 10 days for training and vowed never to return! Been on Pendleton the entire time, but im from Cali any way so i guess im bias! so hows the air force treating you mike and angel?

Has anyone been on any deployments lately?if so where to? my last on was in 05 to Nother Babil province, but i got hurt now im stuck state side.
I came home last year from Afghanistan but since then no. Now with the new orders, I might go here and there but not for extended periods.
How was the stan? Ive had buddies go to both and said they would much rather take Irqa then thoes mountains again!

Afghan mountains can suck but I would go back in a heart beat. I have enough problems with careing for the afghanies. From all my buddies I know I would hate the Iraquies. Yes, another good thing to remember: a tracer works both ways.
LOL yea thats always a pain in the @$$! I remember carying a mag of just tracers of "spotting" for the crew servs. I felt like there was a spot light on me when ever i had to use that mag!
I toured last week the Arizona Memorial, USS Missiouri (Mighty Mo) and saw the Utah. All in all a very awe inspiring day. The coolest thing about being there was being given a piece of the Mighty Mo's Teak Deck. CBMU 303 is repairing the deck. So all the damaged pieces are being replaced and I ended up getting about a 3" x 3" x 1.25" piece of Teak decking. Pretty damn sweet if you ask me. A piece of history
