    Post Preview: 2014-15 Panini Noir

    http://www.beckett.com/news/2015/08/...5-panini-noir/

As the parade of high-end basketball releases makes its way to store shelves before the 2015-16 NBA campaign begins, Panini America had just officially announced a late addition to its roster in the form of 2014-15 Panini Noir.

With seven autograph or memorabilia cards in each 12-card box, this collection is not for the light of heart or wallet. Each signature is on-card and the presence of some seriously tough Noir Rookie Patch Autographs is sure to generate plenty of interest from both collectors and investors alike. Numbered to 99 copies each, Panini has noted that these cards will have two version – one in black & white and the other in color. The company likened these variations to a mysterious classic noir film where there was always two stories to be told.

More ultra "high-end" (in the wallet high-end, not the cards wink wink) in another what I assume will be single pack box. Gotta please the case breakers right, Panini?

Still missing you Topps, UD, Fleer.

These need to be packaged well otherwise they'll be in awful condition. They would already be damaged from handling since they're all on card.

People will still buy spots. So many products, how does Wiggins stuff keep value?

Not shocking for Panini because they always come up with bad names but Noir is another incredibly dumb name for cards especially basketball cards.

I do like the upperdeck black esque card type they are trying to do here but otherwise ugly and rushed

Yet another failed new product attempt by Panini. Nothing at all stands out with each new release.
