Well it has been over a month since this was last brought up to the top. So, let's get it back up. Anyone interested in some of the Classics Illustrated comics I have available ? A lot of them are comic versions of GREAT novels. Reading them, as compared to the size of actual novels, is a whole lot less time and you still get the story. Let's work out a deal and/or trade.

My CLASSICS ILLUSTRATED are STILL AVAILABLE. They are a great way to read good novels/stories quickly. You get the main story in CLASSICS ILLUSTRATED, and only have to read about 50-60 pages instead of 600-800 pages. They SAVE you time, but yet you still get the story. Let's work out a trade and/or deal. Have a good day.

Are you talking about the Marvel comics. Yep I'm if that's the one. But can't put up huge money. Just got out of another college graduation, third in a row. And looking for another entry into Lit. :)

Thanks for your post and interest. No, they are not MARVEL Comics. They are not "SUPERMAN","SPIDERMAN", etc. They are CLASSICS ILLUSTRATED "Featuring Stories by the World's Greatest Authors"(on the cover with the No.,15 cents(the mark for cents not the word, and that was the price on all regular ones),title & author) published monthly by GILBERTON COMPANY. The ones I have were copyrighted in the mid/late 1940's to early 1960's. They're a great way to read a great story much quicker than having to read hundreds and hundreds of pages.
Have a good evening and night, Rodney
