The National Sports Collectors Convention is in Cleveland, Ohio this year and it’s just around the corner. The show will run from August 1-5 and will be held at the I-X Center. As with previous years, attendees that purchase VIP packages will also receive exclusive cards from various manufacturers including Leaf, Panini, Topps, and Upper Deck. This post will provide all of the details you’ll need on these sets. Keep checking back for more updates as they become available!


Leaf released plans to give away a 4-card set featuring legends from the NFL, NBA, and MLB. Attendees of the 2018 National that also purchase a VIP pass are eligible to receive these sets.

The 4-card sets include:

  • Allen Iverson
  • Bo Jackson
  • Brett Favre
  • Mariano Rivera


Panini has announced the all attendees of the 2018 National Sports Collectors Convention that purchase a VIP package will also receive a 10-card set featuring top young stars from multiple sports.

Players included in the 10-card set:

  • Baker Mayfield – Oklahoma
  • Saquon Barkley – Penn State
  • Sam Darnold – USC
  • Ozzie Albies – Atlanta Braves
  • Rhys Hoskins – Philadelphia Phillies
  • Rafael Devers – Boston Red Sox
  • Shohei Ohtani – Los Angeles Angels
  • Deandre Ayton – Arizona
  • Marvin Bagley III – Duke
  • Luka Doncic –



Topps will honor baseball stars and legends from the Cleveland Indians in its 5-card set that will be given away at the 2018 NSCC to all attendees that purchase a VIP package. The cards will feature the 1983 Topps design and include Indians, both past and present.

The 5-card set includes:
  • Francisco Lindor
  • Bob Feller
  • Corey Kluber
  • Jim Thome
  • Omar Vizquel

Upper Deck will also have a promotional set for all 2018 NSCC attendees that purchase the VIP pass. Their 5-card set includes Upper Deck staples such as Jordan and LeBron, but it also includes their newest signee, Serena Williams.

The 5-card set includes:

  • Ben Simmons
  • LeBron James
  • Michael Jordan
  • Serena Williams
  • Tiger Woods
