    Confused about patch cards.

I'm looking at this very cool Panini double patch card of Alonzo Mourning and Larry Johnson. The back of the card says Panini guarantees the patches as being game worn but doesn't say anything about them being from exactly these two players. I' ve read here that's not necessarily the case and the game worn patches could be from anyone. I want to get the card but only if it's what it infers it is . Could someone clarify this for me ? Thanks

What year and set is it from? 99% of the time the card will be from the player or players on the card with that wording. The other times they just screw up and accidentally put somebody else (sometimes not even from the same team on the card). But I'd still go after "older" cards versus the newer stuff from Panini and everyone else because they always cut corners. They went from game used to event used to player shoot "worn" in just a couple of years. Who knows what they will do next in the future.
