    I think the NHL stays at 32 teams, no more expansion. MIght see a team or two move, but they will be moves that make sense. You won't see midwest or western teams going east and east teams going west. I also think no US based team will relocate to Canada, at least until the Canadian dollar is equal to the US dollar.

    Playoffs need to go back to 1 .vs 8, 2 .vs 7, 3 .vs 6 and 4 .vs 5 and then reseed after every round.

    If the problem that happened in Atlanta (an owner effectively throwing the keys on the table, and saying "I'm done") happens - and the only place someone will buy it and move it to is in Canada.... I don't see that the league would have much of a choice. For sure though, the dollar makes adding another Canadian team difficult.

    Am I the only one that doesn't care for the 1 vs 8 format, and prefers divisional playoffs ??
