    Two-time Super Bowl winning cornerback Brandon Browner has been sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to an attempted murder charge stemming from an altercation with his ex-girlfriend.

    Once known as an integral member of the Seattle Seahawks' vaunted 'Legion of Boom' defense, Browner was accused of breaking into his former girlfriend's apartment in La Verne, California on July 8 and attacking her as her two children where in the residence.

    According to TMZ, Browner pleaded no contest to a count of attempted murder and two counts of willful child endangerment, but charges for allegedly stealing the woman's $20,000 Rolex and false imprisonment were dropped
