Not really surprising in my eyes. Foles can either accept it or pay the Eagles the $2 million to get out of the tag. The Eagles must know that they can trade him and get something really good in return. I would like to see Foles a Jaguar and Jalen Ramsey an Eagle. Maybe even get a draft pick or 2 on top of that trade.

    Seems low to me.

I'd take a 3rd round pick flyer on him if I was a team that desperately needed a quarterback. If it didn't work out he's a hell of a backup!

I am not surprised. How long will Wentz be able to stay healthy? A back injury acl injury etc. if he gets knocked around a is injured what betterunsurajce policy than having Foles on your bench. Plus, great tradebait if they want yo move him.

The Eagles are in a uniquely odd predicament. 2 upper-level quarterbacks where most teams are lucky to get 1. Unfortunately, I see them trading 1 and stuck with an injury-prone starter without a good back-up (like every other team in the league). I love when people say he'll be a great back-up. You can't keep a true starter as a back-up. The business won't allow it. There are 32 NFL teams and only a handful of human beings on the planet that can bring you to the end-goal. You've got to get rid of 1 and cash out the other for as much as you can get.
