    1976 Topps BVG 9.5 = PSA 10?

Does a BVG 9.5 always get reslabbed as a PSA 10?
I have a Walter Payton I’m thinking about reslabbing for investment purposes.

Not always. With getting cards reslabbed you always take a risk

Thanks that’s what I figured. I wonder how often 9.5’s get reslabbed as PSA 9’s...
