Greetings, my name is Rocco, and online my username is Aspie Rocco across various sites. Aspie comes from Asperger (autism) which adds a unique approach to my hobbies / collections.

My primary interest is US coins, specifically Jefferson Nickels, and I compete in the Pcgs registry. I recently returned to collecting trading cards, mostly baseball, after a 25+ year break from the hobby.

I recently learned about TTM autos and just yesterday heard of “fan packs,” these new to me aspects of the hobby are awesome!
In the last month I have sent out about 35 TTM requests, so far the only reply has been Pat Neshek, and his letter was just Fan mail more than a request. Great guy!

I just today mailed a request to my all time favorite player Mike Schmidt. If he replies, no matter where your location is, you will likely hear my elated whoops and woooooo echoes across the country.

It has been fun and consuming to reignite my baseball interests lately, as I have watched several games online, a few live ones while on vacation, and any baseball related movies or documentaries I can find on Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Baseball movies are scarce on the paying apps! Now I am compelled to collect 80s-90s baseball movies out of sheer sentiment.

When Major League came out way back I was in my peak collecting days and loved the movie, recently I rented it on iTunes and felt like a kid again. (Also, who knew you could rent a digital movie lol?)

Currently my interests are 2019 TOPPS Heritage and Gypsy Queen, and more specifically autographs! I would like to build a heritage auto collection and a GQ auto collection.

I like baseball enough to appreciate all games and teams, but if I had to choose a favorite it would be the Phillies.
