If they both look "mint," as in a PSA 9/BGS 9 mint condition, then I would take the PSA 9 version. It's already graded by a reputable company, is the same condition as the raw, and its $15 cheaper. The only way that I would pick the raw version is if you thought there was a chance to send it in and get a PSA 10 or BGS 9.5 grade.
It's really hard to answer this question without actually seeing the cards in person. At the end of the day, if it's for your PC and you want to get it graded, I'd stick with the PSA 9, especially if you think the raw version is going to be mint as well.

Couple factors here, a lot of people like to say PSA 9.0 would only grade 8.5 BGS (at best). However, it would cost you some $15 to grade the raw version if you wanted to try for higher than a 9.0 but what is the point? PSA is a very reputable company and the card is already a 9.0, it is cheaper and saves money on grading. The card will always be a 9.0. If you want it for your collection I would go with the 9.0. If you want to try your luck with the raw and get it graded by BGS a 9.0 would yield you a better return than the 9.0 PSA even with the $15 more + grading fee. A 9.5 BGS would yield you even more if you are lucky to get that grade.
Just some things to take into consideration. Also, if you did have the raw version and decided to sell later you may be able to sell it to someone else willing to take the gamble of getting a good grade on it.

Do you collect slabbed cards? If the slabbed PSA card is going to mess with how you store (or display) your collection: The raw one might be the way to go.
There's a reason why he wants more for the raw one..... there's lots of us that try and avoid slabbed cards all together, so the 9.0 doesn't add any value for those people. There is also no premium for card from 2015 that grades 9.0 from PSA.... and if the raw one gets a 10 (or BGS 9.5, or higher) then the premium would be pretty big.
If you collect rookies, and specifically slabbed PSA rookies - I'd take the 9.0 (unless you won't be satisfied until you get a 10). The the slab won't be a nuisance for you - and you just want a McDavid YG to have - the PSA slab does mean it's protected well, and you know it's a reasonably high grade.... 15 bucks less, why not?
If you're looking to store the card with others from the same set - personally, I'd pass on the slabbed one.... but that's me.
