Adding complete sets is something that I have been doing on Beckett for a couple of years. In comparison to Beckett, how quickly are newly released sets made available? My PC is only 2 players, Ovi and Gaudreau. So I batch add them and then go through the sets and add whatever other items that I have. It would be awesome if there was an eBay add on, similar to what never happened on any other site. With the positive feedback I am receiving I think making the switch will be easier than I thought. Thank you for your help !! -Joe (& Joey)

Thanks for coming over! As for the sets getting added, as soon as we have checklist information, we are getting everything loaded. So you (and everyone) is aware, we are in the process of making our Card Database/Inventory Manager (we are going to find a good name for it soon) so it's accessible on Desktop, Tablet and mobile fairly easily.

Here is a sample page/layout of the changes --> https://www.sportscardforum.com/test...99/Carey_price try this in any device to see how the page changes based on device (also screensize)

Additionally, if you have suggestions, please post them in the Feedback/Suggestions forum.

    Thanks,
    Scott

Once you add all of your cards to the database, I think you'll very much enjoy this switch. Welcome to the site!

Thank you for the reply. The first thing that is abundantly clear here is that no one seems to be ™™™™™ing about the site. Maybe because it's free or maybe not, but no ™™™™™ing regardless. I think that after reading this I will discontinue adding sets to Beckett and start to add the set listings here. Then I can plug in what I have. I only PC Ovi and Gaudreau ,so having a separate collection for them would be easy. I have a lot of cards, but of those two specifically. It is crazy how positive this site is. I had joined here years ago and never used it. I think that I am regretting that now. I still have a year on my Beckett, so I will just use that to trade what I have in there off. I am selling more on eBay than trading, but that's mostly because there are no traders anymore. It used to slow down in the off season. Now it's slow all season and then gone come this time of year. I will have to read thru the complete rules and see what the provisions for trading, selling and linking to eBay are. I thank you all for your input. You have all been nothing less than helpful. That great, since my 8 year old is slowly taking control of things because of my health. I hope to work with as many of you as I can. Can't wait until OTA at the beginning of September !!! -Joe (& Joey)

I am trying to solve as many issues as possible on my own, but I can't seem to figure this one out. Let's say that I PC Gaudreau and I have two of them. One for PC and one to trade / sell. I can't seem to find a way to duplicate the card. When I pull the card up it gives me the option to move it to or from my PC, but even if I research the card it still comes up that I already have it and cannot re-add it. You said you have two separate databases. How did you do that, as I think that is exactly what I am trying to do. Really, you have all been so helpful. I do feel bad asking questions. I am definitely trying to resolve as many questions as I can. Thank you again for your help !!! -Joe (& Joey)

it will be a little time consuming adding a large collection to the inventory manager here, There are some short cuts like adding entire sets at once or adding multiple cards from the same set. Any questions feel free to pm me or ask in the forums lots of great knowledgeable members willing to help

I've thought about using SCFs system but after looking at how it is done, I won't use the inventory manager here. Too time consuming compared to the OPs former trading site, in my opinion. Can you send me a PM please? I want to discuss further.

You can send it to me - I’m the one the ultimately will have to make the call to fund the suggestions

This is an enhancement that I would need to discuss to see how we can do this

Aesthetically, that new page looks awesome. Hopefully I can get some feedback on how to resolve the issues that I am having. I sooooo want to switch over, but I need to make sure that jumping ship isn't going to backfire on me and I need to go crawling back. I am open to any and all suggestions!! -Joe (& Joey)
