1996 NFL Players Party - Dan Marino card

I'm a fairly new SCF member. Since I joined, I've been trying hard to get my inventory added to the Inventory Manager. So far so good; however, I have one card, a 1996 Upper Deck 1996 NFL Players Party - Dan Marino card, that I can not find in the inventory search, or in the inventory set search. That card is kind of strange, because it does not have a card number (as far as I can tell). I was just wondering A.) does any one know anything about this card/set? Do any of the cards, in this set, have a number? And, B.) how often do the SCF admins add cards/sets to the inventory list?

Here's another card that I have, and can't find in SCF Inventory Manager.
Like the Marino card, I don't see a card number, anywhere on the Sanders card.
