    Problem

I am not satisfied with the fact I graded through PGS. Is there any way to crack open the case?? Any help is appreciated.

I actually think (if you are planning to regrade with another company) that PSA, BGS, and SGC will do it for you. This would go under the "Crossover" section on the invoice. I know for sure SGC does it for $7 per card (with grading of course). Hope this helps!

It all depends on how there cases are sealed. BGS cases seal differently than PSA ones and so on. If PGS is like PSA then you can pry a flat head screwdriver between the 2 slabs and basically crack it open. Be very careful as if you slip you could get hurt by the screwdriver or flying pieces of plastic.

One more thing. Please do not continue to reply to your own threads to bump them up. As per forum rules, one bump per thread. Thanks

    John

I have heard some people recommend those hand-held roatry sanders - the really small ones for fine woodworking to break the seal and then just open it like that.

I would use a table saw, but be very careful not to saw through the card (unless thats what you want.)
