For those of you who dont know about the other posts, I recently pulled an odd card from a Playoff pack so i wrote them to ask for some info. After a month I received no response so i contacted them again this time I get a response in 6 hours! Saying they must not have received my earlier email and that they need to see scans of the card to give me more info. So I sent them some scans, less than 24 hours later they emailed me back with info on the card. A very nice customer friendly service department I thought you guys might like to know.
