Unhappy vERY UPSET WITH TOPPS REDEMPTION...

A LONG TIME AGO(ABOUT THE TIME WHEN 03 PRISTINE CAME OUT) I SENT IN A REDEMPTION FOR MY 2003 Topps Pristine All Star Jersey Autographs ASEBY Bryant Young . TODAY, I FINALLY RECIEVED MY REDEMPTION BUT IT WAS SUBSTITUTED WITH 01 ARCHIVES AA-TD TOM DEMPSEY AUTO. THE LETTER ALSO SAYS "ALSO INCLUDED IS A BONUS PACK FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT."
BUT THERE WAS NO PACK?! WHAT SHOULD I DO? THE B. Y. BOOKS FOR 15, WHAT DOES THE TOM DEMPSEY BOOK?
    ANY HELP APPRECIATED.

Give it a couple days on the pack and get a CS number to send it into.. Tell them that you even received a letter saying that a pack was supposed to be included but you never saw nothing.. I have heard of two packages being shipped seperatly

Redemtion cards are good if the card is worth it, like a really good player. But if the cards only going to be worth like $6, then its not really worth the grief, unless its a player you collect.

Dong, you have a right to be mad. That's yet another reason why I hate redemptions so much!
