At this point, I almost expect a terrific game whenever the NHL playoffs are on. Yesterday was no exception, as game two of the Wings and the Blackhawks was another extremely exciting contest.

As usual, the Wings came out slow and ended up falling behind 1-0 after taking too many penalties. However, Brian Rafalski tied the game 1-1 before the first period ended. Dan Cleary then gave Detroit the lead with a nice goal in the second period. Cleary has been on fire the last few games. The winner in game seven against the Ducks, then two goals in game one of this series, and now this. Always nice when your secondary players come up big. It's also nice when your stars come up big, of course, and that's what Johnathan Toews did when he scored his second goal of the game to tie it up at two apiece. That was the end of the scoring in regularion. That's right, playoff overtime!
