You can reach Bob Motley through his brother, Don B. Motley, who is the executive director at the Negro League Museum:

    Negro Leagues Baseball Museum
    C/o Don B. Motley

    1616 East 18th Street
    Kansas City, MO 64108

Please remember to send return postage and to include a signing fee for Mr. Motley or donate directly to the Negro League Baseball Museum.

Bob Motley wrote a book - Ruling Over Monarchs, Giants & Stars: Umpiring in the Negro Leagues & Beyond. Go a Google search and you will find this book. I purchased it and it was an excellent novel. When I wrote Mr. Motley, he stated that if I purchased the book, he would sign it for free.

    Good luck!
