I will pay $1 delivered for each of them. Obviously I don't expect anyone to sell me only 1 or 2 cards at the price.... I would expect that I'd need to buy 10 or more to make it worth your while. That's fine by me. I'll buy as many of those numbers as you can provide.

SP are numbered out of 100 or these are just the insert that are like 1 per pack? If they aren't on 100, I may have 2-3 of them

Nope, they're not serial numbered. Like you said, they're 1-per-pack inserts. (every card from 201-300 fits that category).
