Thoughts on HBO's 24/7 Flyers and Rangers

    Anybody watch part one?

I thought it was great! I really liked seeing them talk about Anisimov gun celebration goal against the lightning!

It's interesting to see the other side of the players in the dressing room and off the ice.

I really liked how you saw the whole process Giroux went through after the hit, HBO makes an amazing series!

I missed last season (Pens vs Caps). I just watched it now after reading this thread. Let me tell ya, I'm loving Bryzgalov! I don't know if he's trying to be funny or if he's really like that on a normal day, but man, his insights are freaking hilarious: "If you kill tiger...and they find you, you're dead...that's it!"

I should also say that I do like series so far. Nice to see what goes on inside the dressing room. Also loving Torts - In your face, honest, blunt. And also liking the F-bombs. I'm so bored listening to the same players go through PG-13 interviews.

It's quite humourous this little vignette that they have produced. It is somehow trying to create a rivalry that has always been there, as something more than it actually is.

The Rags other than their only Cup in 1,000 years were no match for the Flyers for most of the rest of the time, so the rivalry has take a back-burner compared to other rivalries since 1967.
