Long story short.
Bought 4 tins of 12-13 Cup.
Had some damaged cards.
Fired off e-mail to QA.
Will replace one of three cards but will give $120 extra sales value for other two.
Bought another 4 tins of 12-13 Cup.
Had one damaged card.
Fired off e-mail to QA.
Won't replace but will give $100 extra sales value added to the previous case.
Now expecting package with $220 sales value.
Package came today with:
12-13 Cup Signature Masterpieces - Jeff Skinner <- was expecting this for damaged Signature Masterpieces - Adam Henrique.
10-11 Cup Foundations Jersey Auto - Sidney Crosby. <- definitely not $220 sales value.
Fired e-mail to QA regarding this issue.
Response:

The Sidney Crosby card is the additional value we were sending you $220.00 in additional sell value and the Sidney Crosby sold for $230.00. We sent out the additional value for the three damage cards and the additional value for all three cards is $220.00. My apologies for the inconvenience and take care.

Feeling shafted at the moment.

the problem isnt the redemption you received, its that you accepted the $220 cash value put infront of you when you had the Gretz and Recchi to replace

The Rechhi is prob $300+ ( not sure about his fan base, but come on, a Property of .. )


Not even looking at ebay, you could have easily gotten $500+ for the 4 cards you got replaced

The "Property of" is a 1-of-1, no? And aren't all the Brilliance autographed plexiglass/acetate? What kind of damage was on them to warrant replacement? Not trying to attack you here at all, but something doesn't scan right with the SV agreed upon here.

The Skinner for Henrique is about right.

Yes, I got to keep the Brilliances Autos & The Property Of and got a Crosby similar (4 white pieces) to you have linked as the lost value of the cards.

Well, if they were trying to send you a roughly $220 SV card, it appears they failed. Even with the variance we see on the small print run items out there, that card with 4 white swatches (which IMO should never even have been made in the first place! blecccchh!) cannot reasonably be expected to fetch north of $150, I would say.
