We’re writing to let you know about upcoming changes to the eBay Bucks Rewards Program. In order to continue offering meaningful benefits, we regularly look at the program’s performance to learn where changes are necessary. As a result of our latest program review, the eBay Bucks Certificates to be issued for the quarter ending December 31, 2013, will be the last sent for Rewards that total less than $5.00.
Effective January 1, 2014, program members must earn a minimum of $5.00 in eBay Bucks during a quarterly Earn Period in order to receive a Certificate at the end of the period. Quarterly balances below the $5.00 threshold will be forfeited.
Also effective January 1, 2014, purchases from eBay Motors Parts & Accessories will not be eligible for Rewards.
To learn more about these changes, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page, and review the updated eBay Bucks Terms & Conditions.

I miss eBay Bucks. They cancelled it in Canada earlier this year - was a lot of fun.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

How did you schedule the listings? I've found I get charged for listing things through a mobile app, when they are free to do on the website.

eBay was losing gobs of bottom line profit by offering eBay Bucks at it's current level. They ran some research to determine that every member that would have less than $5.00 eBay Bucks per quarter would be penalized, which is about 85% of all eBay users.
That same research with the $5.00 as a minimum, used as a marketing tool would net eBay about 2 Billion Dollars per year if every member that does not have $5.00 eBay Bucks all of a sudden did buy items to take that total to $5.00
I think you have to buy something like about 110 - .99 cent items per quarter to net $5.00 Bucks. If all members now decided that they were going to make purchases so that they could achieve $5.00 eBay Bucks, then eBay would quadruple their yearly sales without having to lift a finger.
Another marketing ploy by nailing the occasional purchaser and pushing them to play Big Ball.

Looking for a little advice. One of my auctions ended last Sunday night. Winning bidder has yet to pay. I contacted the buyer to remind him on Thursday night, but also realized I had not sent the invoice yet. the buyer had not contacted me to send it, however. So invoice was sent. I still have not heard from the buyer. My auctions state I request payment within 4 days of auction end. I plan on trying to contact the buyer again tonight. How much longer should I wait before I file with ebay?

Just wanted to update this
I contacted the local police, they came to my house.......yet again over cards involved in a scam
they wrote up the report and went and talked to the pharmacy where the package was actually shipped to
I went in a few days later and had to pay $43 for the police report so I could fax it to paypal
that was December 30th
Today I get a few emails from paypal saying they closed the case, which I thought finally......but oh wait it wasnt in my favour it was in the buyers favour
I was well lets just say not so happy, I called them to see how this could be
There reply was
Well in order for us to file a appeal on your behalf over this claim we have to give the buyer his money back and close the pp claim
after they close it than they open up a appeal and withn 24-48hrs they should send me another message
If after all this the appeal goes in my favour they try to retrieve the funds back from the buyer, yes the funds that they just gave him to
paypal wow what a joke, I had some very kind words for the lady on the phone and none were merry christmas or happy new year
anyway I am writing it up as a $700 loss and infact I do get money back it will be like winning the ebay lottery with them using my own money as payout cash

Here's the story:
I sold a Yak/Huberdeau /99 Dominion auto on ebay on New Years Eve by OBO. I stupidly forgot to check the buyer's feedback past looking at if it was 100% positive (it was). I later checked that he only had 100% positive bc Ebay does not allow sellers to leave negatives, and his comments section was full of warnings of a non paying bidder. Flash forward, it is now almost 7 days after the day I accepted his offer and he has not paid, and ignored my invoices. When can I cancel the transaction?
