    Just a little update on things going on the site.

    Hope all is well as you head into the workweek! I just had a day off, so I decided to write up a few quick notes.

    First off, I want to start with a big thank-you to the TTM community. You all continue to provide tons of helpful reports and feedback, which helps me fix issues quickly. Special thanks to those who take the time to report suspicious activity. Recently, a member reported another user who had several “successes” from a new Tom Brady address. I removed the account, but the person signed up twice more over the next few days — both accounts have since been removed. Please continue to report any fake addresses or suspicious behavior you come across. It really helps keep the community safe and trustworthy.

    A month ago, I made a post asking for help improving the TTM forum (similar to the other sites SCF owns). The owner hired someone to develop a better TTM platform that can eventually be integrated across all forums. That thread now has over 1,600 views — but not a single reply! I’m surprised, especially since many members have shared great suggestions with me over the years. If you have any ideas that could make the TTM experience better in the future, please take a look at that post and share your thoughts.

    The hockey forum is also running a year-long contest with some great prizes. SCI donated boxes of SPx and Allure for participants and winners. It’s been fun seeing members showcase amazing cards from their collections throughout the contest. Even if you’re not participating, check it out as there are some incredible cards being shared! If you have any ideas for future contests, feel free to reach out to RGM81, who puts a lot of effort into organizing these.

    I’ve seen a few members mention that things feel slow on the site lately, and I’ve offered some suggestions. Change starts with us — and a few members and staff really embody that. For example, Hobbyfan has done a great job keeping trading alive by running baseball and football team trading groups. Maybe hockey collectors could start something similar!

    Also, with Tim Hortons cards being so popular, I’ve noticed that no one has yet offered to pick some up for U.S. members — that could be a simple and fun way to create more activity on the boards. If you’re ever interested in helping out more or joining the team, just send me a personal message.

    As always, a big thank-you to our sponsor:
    ISA — a grading company offering low, flat rates and quick turnaround times. They’ve been around for 15 years and have supported SCF for several of those. If you like having your cards slabbed for your personal collection, check them out through their website or the link on the site.

    As always, if you have any questions, just let me know!

    Don

    How about making it easier to delete a submission entered in error? And a sort feature that brings the most recent successful address of someone to the top of the list so we don't have to scroll down to find it?

    @Pop Ruffalo

    I thought about this more in depth and here is a few things that is bad about letting members delete their submissions. Of course I posted it in the other thread just like to give answers to members with reasons the site operates. Many members have suggested the most recent addresses at the top as it a pain to scroll. Trust me I know this based on fixing all the members errors as some ttm addresses are very long LOL.

    a) Some members would delete all their failed submissions. ( I had several members ask me to do this and my thinking is why would I want them deleted. As would not members want to know who is not sending successes etc).
    b) Some people when they get mad like to go in and delete everything they posted
