    When you take shipping and taxes into account you're looking at about 27 bucks for 6 base cards

    Error Cards are so 1980's. And as far as being a true 1/1, I saw more being sold on ebay

    This thread could potentially go on forever. Lots of crazy money being thrown around the hobby these days.

    Happy I've found my small corner of the hobby and not chasing the next 'big thing'.

    There's a lot of weird sales on ebay when it comes to empty boxes. This one takes the cake. I know these are hard to find but I'm pretty sure they have little to no value. Almost $100 all including shipping and taxes

    @cjb

    Keep sharing the thread. To say they have little value it one of those things the value is in the eye of the beholder. It only takes one person to bid on an item that is listed and with some folks like to have everything. Of course with live auctions things can sell for dramatically different prices. Here is a recent example of the same listing and prices skewed all over the place. I like to watch a lot of auctions but this one baffles my mind. Same lot sold 4 times but sure this time it will be paid for.

    How do you explain over a 170 dollar in drop. I bet I could have bid it up if but was like what would I do with all those Jagr's LOL. From a seller perspective would you not make a 2nd offer to get top dollar instead of doing the Wild West of ebya. Also, if you knew it was selling lower would you not take the time to reach out and the other top two bidders in that auction and share how the auction is selling for so low. Just saying hard to take a lump when you think it would sell for 170 then doesn't even get half the next time up.

    I'll say this about that no-foil Demidov YG - it does look pretty awesome with just the image. Not $1,800 awesome. But awesome.
