I hear what you are saying but if the seller isn't offering any resolution or to pay for shipping back, the cards belong to Huskiebowler.
    Pretty simple I would think!

You read these comments and no response? That's a snake in my book. Hope you get top dollar for these cards.

So member A is therefore banned, hypothetically, before he can respond. (This would be a shady move, FYI, if this were to happen, hypothetically)

There's a difference between being banned and having your account suspended. If the person's account is suspended, they can still log on and work to resolve the dispute. Since the suspension is still in place, it would appear that the member is not trying very hard to resolve this.

Not to deviate from the topic, but how do you know someone has read a post?

Because you can view a profile and see when the member was last on here. If you were being accused of being shady would you not read that thread every time you came on here?

His profile also says he is friends with you so I fully understand your defending him.

Calling someone "shady" or "snake" will not resolve any issue. Especially he has no obligation to respond to your claim after case was closed. Enough time was given to resolve & just live with whatever consequences. $0.02

Thievery. This man has recieved his money back and has a pile of cards to re-sell. I don't care what Paypal, scf, or anyone else says that's what it is.
