No. Driving 200 MPH happens every single day on the Autobahn without people dying (the Autobahn has a 27% lower vehicle death rate than the US) and I could have a nuke sitting in my closet for 50 years and it never kill a single person.

Can these things result in death? Sure. But they do not automatically result in death. Giving someone HIV/AIDS almost always does.

Ignoring how ignorant you are with that HIV comment (and yes.. very very ignorant).... can you show me who's driving 200mph on the autobon? lol.. most cars can't reach that speed.. and those that can, usually aren't street legal. The one's that both can, and are street legal usually cost around $500,000 or more. So.. once again we are going red herring.

As for the nuke.. if you let one sit in you closet for 50 years.. you'd be dead from radiation poisoning.. go for it lol

taxes will be argued about until the day we die. I could name you 100 things you would never want to cut, but you will still scream "we need to cut spending"... lets not go there

Guns? are you kidding me? you honestly think weapons with the sole purpose of killing should not be regulated?!

please tell me a practical purpose of a gun that doesn't involve killing, or practicing to kill something? Defensively or offensively.. they have no other use. Unless you just stare at them? lol

what does protection or laws have to do with marriage?

the only issue I have is how the government, including the military and business' will find the money to pay for all the new benefits?

not a legal issue, just a thought

Then what the hell kind of issue is it Jay ?
If it wasnt a legal one we wouldnt be addressing the SCOTUS

and please skip the religious aspects because that is out the window....

when was the last time a stamp, card, or even a car was able to fire a bullet at 500mph with the intent of killing its target? People collect swords too.. does that mean they aren't meant for cutting? lol

    Um yes... yes there can..

sex with animals.. preventing the spread of disease
driving 200mph... safety of both you and others
nuclear weapons... safety of both you and others

IE.. laws preventing these things would be sincere and not prejudice

And I hope that i with support that with...

They are in the best interest of the Public Welfare....

You are comparing two different things. Spreading HIV directly results in someone's death.

Hold on a second here. You claimed that public safety and disease were in no way legal issues and only social ones. HIV makes that argument crap on the road. The LAWS surrounding HIV are to prevent the spread of the DISEASE in the name of PUBLIC SAFETY.

So please, tell me again how public safety and disease do not come into law anywhere.

Way to move the posts, good buddy.

First off, calling someone ignorant is unnecessary. I did not insult you or be unreasonable with you. If the only way you can debate is to be insulting then I suggest you duck out now.

Second, I was generalizing with 200 MPH to make a point. Good job of arguing semantics tho.

Third, nuclear warheads are encased in lead, so no being around them would not result in death, and again that is a sematic and is not the point. You have gone off subject and still not shown how there is a legal basis against them. You continue to argue social aspects.

If they sit in a collection and don't get used, then yeah, they're for looking at, not for cutting.
    What a stupid question.
