I've only scored the results from Thursday so far, but I need to take a pause to acknowledge two things that stood out to me...

1. One-time contest beast and holder of the longest streak, @jdlee123 made his return after several months! Welcome back.

2. Our pal Rodney, Mr. @OriolesFan, in one week, has achieved his first 20-game streak, 25-game streak, and 30-game streak! That's a huge accomplishment that not many participants have achieved, congratulations on torching the contest this week! Man's on fire! ... ok, I just peaked and the streak came to an end last night, but still.... streak of 31, that's our longest in a while. Impressive.

Thanks very much for y'all's comments. Man was I lucky. I just wish the "BIRDS" could be as lucky and make the playoffs this year. Unfortunately, they just lost to the INDIANS who have now won 17 in a row. But, like Yogi Berra said, "it ain't over 'til it's over". So, at least they STILL have a chance.
