Question about a Jim Kelly USFL card

    Hello,

I am fairly new to this board and havent collected cards or looked at a Beckett in many, many years. Within the past few months I have finished my Mc Farlane NFL Sports Picks collection, which has sparked an old flame for cards. My question is this. How much could I get a 1984 Jim Kelly USFL RC card for in mint condition and are they hard to come by? What about the whole set? I remember back in the day, that card and the set was what I always wanted. I would like to get a hold of this set if possible. Thanks in advance,

    Joe

Edit: While we are at it, how about the 85 set?

    Thanks

    1984 Jim Kelly $100

    The 1984 USFL set $375

    The 1985 Jim Kelly $35

    The 1985 USFL set $175

They are still pretty hard to come by and still go for some good cash.

I think the 1984 and 85 USFL product was only distributed by the set. I don't think packs were made for this, thus only thise are available where people were willing to break up the set. I bet they are hard to come by because of this fact. I have never really looked.

Yeah they were released only in set form and were very limited which makes the sets and singles very expensive compared to other cards from the time.

I just saw the set of 1985 USFL cards yesterday. I could call and make sure they still have it and buy it if paypaled the money. I think the set was priced under $100. Let me know if anyone is interested.
