    Photobucket problems with malware

Has anyone else had their computer infected with spyware or malware after visiting photobucket. this has happened to me on 2 different computer. First it installed your pc protector which is like a fake anti virus software. i seemed to have got rid of that, but now my internet explorer will randomly open up several times. i'm not sure how to get rid of it. mcafee doesn't seem to recognize it.

Get Avast! Antivirus. It is free and you can get it from www.download.com (CNet). I to had that problem with the fake virus program thing and it was a pain to get rid of. So I got Avast! and wow my puter has run better and when I go to PB once in awhile I'll get a little screen that comes up at the bottom right saying Avast! has blocked Malware:XXXX from downloading on your computer, which is cool to see it work !!

No but thanks for the warning. Mcaffee or Norton Anti-virus is very good (good reputation). Personally my father (knows more about computers than I do) installed Panda Internet Security Software on my computer and it seems to be pretty good.
